2025 Heritage Valley Just Say Boo Giveaway Contest Official Rules and Privacy Policy
1. No purchase, banking relationship of any kind or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Eligibility: The 2025 Just Say Boo Costume Photo Contest Giveaway is open only to legal residents of one of the market areas Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union does business in who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “employees”) of Heritage Valley, and any members of their household or immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled can enter but are not eligible to win.
3. Promotion Entry Period: The 2025 Just Say Boo Promotion begins October 26 at 9 am EST. The giveaway entry period concludes on November 2, 2024 at 4 pm EST.
4. How To Enter: To enter, a Halloween costume photo should be posted on Heritage Valley’s Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/heritagevalleyfcu) with the hashtag #JustSayBoo. It is the individual’s discretion as to what information/text they want to include with their picture entry, or they can simply just post the picture.
5. How To Enter Alternate Method: An alternate form of registration is available at all Heritage Valley branch locations. Just drop off a sheet of paper with your name, phone number and email address along with your photo and give it to an employee. It will be forwarded to the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion on Facebook.
6. Contest Restrictions: Limit one (1) winner per person.
7. Chances of Winning: Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period. The winner will be selected at random from all those who enter.
8. Winner Notification: Following the contest entry period, the winner will be noticed by email, telephone or messaging on social media. Prize distribution will be coordinated.
9. General Conditions: By participating, participant agrees to be contacted by Heritage Valley if that participant is a winner. We may use participant’s user name and biographical information (city and state) on the Heritage Valley social media pages in an announcement of the winner and prize.
10. Prize Details: The Heritage Valley Just Say Boo Halloween Costume Photo Giveaway Prize consists of one $50 Visa Gift Card.
11. Personal Information and Privacy: We use personal information collected in our giveaways and contests only to contact the winners. We do not share or sell information about individuals who enter our giveaways and contests other than to contact a winner and arrange for fulfillment of a prize.
12. Dispute Resolution: Any and all disputes with respect to this Giveaway will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
