“What sets HVFCU apart from all other Financial Institutions?

1. Every time I enter HVFCU, which could be a few times a week, or even the same day, I’m addressed by my formal name.
2. Someone always says “Hello” even if they are just walking through the office.
3. While I’m conducting my transactions, the teller always has a personal conversation and inquiries about my family
4. Upon completing my transactions, the teller says “Thank you”
5. We’ve been with HVFCU so long, we’ve seen many tellers come and go, but the professional way they do business remains the same.
6. Since this higher standard of doing business is so rare in this day and age, it’s a breath of fresh air when we visit the credit union.
   
   This old-fashioned way of conducting business shouldn’t be old fashioned, it should be the norm. Society has gotten so “casual” with its customers and the way they do business.
